International "Guardians of Tradition" Award

The Oaxaca Traditional Female Chefs' Association was set up in 2015 to capacitate women in the appraisal of their legacy, the hygienic management of foodstuffs, work to retrieve their identity through their clothing etc.; but the main objective was to preserve their gastronomy through empowerment courses and awareness of the importance of continuing their greatness and wisdom.
