Women take the floor and raise their voice at FéminAS to assert their role in kitchens, the rural environment and the sea.
The format of the FéminAs Talks will be a brief talk followed by 20 4-minute sessions addressing issues concerning the role played by women in gastronomy as guardians of traditional cuisine, and in rural operations as the protagonists of a silent revolution.
A dynamic format which will give us an idea of the many facets of female reality in gastronomy and the primary sector.
